Levi Movers came through for us last minute after another company fell through. Malcolm was incredibly helpful and reassuring from the first call. On moving day, Alex, Roman, Diego, Ino, and Jonny were fantastic—kind, careful, efficient, and detail-oriented. They asked questions to make sure everything was just right. I’d definitely recommend Levi Movers to anyone needing a reliable, professional team.

We can’t say enough great things about Levi Movers! After a last-minute issue with another moving company, Malcolm stepped in the day before our move and immediately put our minds at ease. She was incredibly responsive and made sure all of our concerns were addressed from our very first conversation.

On moving day, Alex, Roman, Diego, Ino, and Jonny showed up and truly exceeded our expectations. They were extremely kind, careful with every item, and paid attention to all the little details. They asked questions when needed to make sure things were done exactly how we wanted, and they worked efficiently without ever cutting corners.

If you’re looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and professional moving team, we highly recommend Levi Movers. This team turned what could have been a stressful day into a smooth and positive experience.

This is an updated review made after months of haggling with the insurance company, Moving Claims Services, that handles claims against Levi's moving company. Both a vase (photographed by the movers before they left) and a dresser (photographed by me as soon as I unwrapped it) were damaged. Neither item is replaceable. Instead of signing a general release for the $193 they offered me to settle my claim (after my $300 deductible), I thought it best to inform anyone using the company that in my opinion, the insurance is absolutely worthless. Don't waste your money. And if you do, be sure to document every single item that you let them move, its value, take photographs before the items are wrapped for moving, and most importantly, do unpack every item before you allow the movers to leave and before you sign ANY DOCUMENT VERIFYING DELIVERY, which is pretty difficult to do.

As for the move itself, Keith, Darius, and Israel were great…they worked well over 8 hours without even stopping to eat. The front office people, however, woefully underestimated the time the move would take.

We had a great experience with Levi’s Movers. Joy’s customer service in helping us get scheduled and set up for move day was impeccable. Then on move day, our movers - Roman, Kieth, Diego, and Zack were excellent. Showed up on time, worked hard, and were very friendly. They did a thorough job deconstructing furniture as needed, wrapping, and moving everything, taking extra care with our valuable items. We didn’t have much to move and it took about 5 hours to move our 4bd/3bth. We felt the price was fair compared to other movers in the area. We would recommend them and use them again.

Daniel, Alex and Terrence were PHENOMENAL!!! They were so fast, so friendly, and took such good care of our stuff!! Moving day was so smooth because of them and didn’t have to lift a finger!! Couldn’t recommend them more!!
